Our Mission
National Council is an independent platform for evaluating and ranking Uzbekistan's universities. Our mission is to provide transparent, data-driven insights that help students make informed decisions about their education.
Methodology
Our ranking methodology combines academic metrics (60%) with public opinion (40%). Academic scores are based on research output, faculty qualifications, student-to-teacher ratios, international collaboration, and infrastructure. Public scores come from verified user ratings across six criteria: overall quality, teaching, infrastructure, employment outcomes, value for money, and student life.
Fair Scoring
Every vote is weighted by the verification level of the user. University email + OneID verified votes carry the highest weight, while unverified votes have minimal impact. Our anti-fraud system uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and behavioral checks to ensure rating integrity.
Transparency
All ranking data is publicly available. We publish calculation methodology, audit logs, and aggregate statistics. Universities can apply for detailed performance reports through their cabinet.
